Exam guidelines for the winter session 2021-2022

The Rector Decree 1/2022 established the exam guidelines for the winter session, based on the following points.

1. Exams will be done in presence, except different evolutions of current pandemic situation related to COVID 19, OMICRON variant or other variants.

2. Students are requested to book the exam slot through the GOMP system, and a valid Green Pass is requested; alternatively, Students can provide a negative COVID19 test, made within 48 hours from the date of the exam. Only for international Students without Green Pass it is possible to exhibit vaccine certificate.

3. Before the exam Professor is authorized to carry out a sample check of the students present in the classroom aimed at verifying the possession of a valid Green Pass using the official app VerificaC19. If students without a Green Pass or a negative COVID19 test are detected, the Professor is authorized to remove them from the classroom.

4. The Student who, for specific reasons related to the current pandemic (COVID19 or other variant), is unable to attend the exam in person, can request the Professor to take the exam remotely using the “Mod_ESREM” form available here: https://forms.gle/N8wgAzTe3GV8cf9Q7 attaching a copy of a valid pictured identity document. The form, filled up in any field, will be automatically forwarded to the Professor and to the teaching secretariat. In such a case the Professor is required to carry out the exam remotely for the Student who required it.

5. Exams conduction and final score quantification will be homogeneous both for students who will take the exam in presence and for those who will ask to take it remotely. The Professor of the course is responsible for choosing the best organization of the exam session.

6. The Professor who, for specific reasons related to the current pandemic (COVID19 or other variant) cannot preside the exam session in presence, can request to the President of the relevant Course of Study (CDS) to carry out the exam session remotely.
